Job summary

Edwalton Manor, part of Hamberley Care Homes, Nottingham, seeks a Clinical Deputy Manager to lead the care teams and ensure high standards of clinical practice.

You will work with the Home Manager and QA teams to monitor quality, mentor staff, conduct audits, and deliver training. A Registered Nurse with NMC pin and strong leadership skills is essential. A rewarding role within a luxury, 5-star environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin and post registration experience.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Upholding the values of Hamberley Care Homes and leading the Care teams.
• Providing leadership, support and supervision for clinical and care staff as advised by the Home Manager.
• On call duties according to the needs of the home and Home Manager.
• Devising and delivering training modules to improve delivery of care.
• Providing feedback to Home Manager on staff improvement.
• Supporting the Home Manager with clinically related aspects including assessments and liaising with commissioners.
• Leading team and clinical review meetings.
• Working with QA teams to maintain safe clinical practice and respond to concerns.
