Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager at Edwalton Manor in Nottingham. You will lead the clinical and care teams, ensuring high standards of care and safe clinical practice within a luxury home environment.

The role requires a registered nurse with an active NMC pin, leadership and mentoring experience, and a collaborative approach with the Home Manager and QA team to drive improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC Pin and post-registration experience.
• Demonstrable leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience mentoring staff and supporting clinical teams.
• Experience as a Senior Nurse or staff nurse in a care home is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead care teams and uphold Hamberley values.
• Provide leadership, support and supervision for clinical and care staff.
• On-call duties as required by the home.
• Develop and deliver training modules to improve care delivery.
• Provide feedback on staff performance and development.
• Support assessments and liaise with commissioners and stakeholders.
• Lead team and clinical review meetings.
• Collaborate with QA to maintain safe clinical practice and handle investigations.
