• Role requires Chartered Clinical Psychologist with NHS experience.
• Strong leadership and governance skills required.
• Experience leading psych therapies teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver clinical and strategic leadership within Milton Keynes Talking Therapies.
• Ensure governance, supervision, quality assurance for psychological therapy practice.
• Lead on service delivery, outcomes, and patient experience improvements.
• Support workforce development, recruitment, and staff wellbeing.
• Monitor performance indicators and service access targets.
• Represent the service in regional networks and collaborations.
