Qualifications

• Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, accredited by the BPS, with multiple therapies.
• HCPC registration as a practitioner psychologist.
• BABCP professional accreditation.
• Post-doctoral training in additional specialised areas of psychological practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical and strategic leadership within Milton Keynes Talking Therapies.
• Governance of psychological therapy practice with robust supervision and QA processes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and admin colleagues to deliver evidence-based therapies.
• Lead on achieving key performance indicators and service targets.
• Represent MKTT in wider organisational and regional networks.
