Job summary

Gordon Moody, based in Redditch, is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide advanced clinical leadership across its residential gambling harms treatment services.

Reporting to the Head of Therapy, the post holder will drive safe, evidence-based delivery, governance, workforce development and service quality across multidisciplinary teams aligned with national gambling harms policy frameworks and NHS Long Term Plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, deliver structured CBT interventions, and develop collaborative treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups, manage clinical risk and safeguarding, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and contribute to service improvement and audit.
