Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Clinical Lead. You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and will lead and mentor your team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents’ independence and choices.

You will communicate effectively with residents and their families, embracing diversity and contributing to a caring, inclusive workplace where team growth is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in clinical leadership and mentoring.

• £23.75 per hour / Annual Salary £49,400 ( based on 40 hours per week)
