Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager to lead and mentor the nursing team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

As a Registered Nurse with an NMC pin, you will ensure compliance, oversee clinical governance, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in clinical deputy management or leadership preferred.
• 37.5 hours per week required.

• Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met.
