Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Clinical Lead and registered nurse to guide and mentor the care team, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll oversee clinical practice, support residents’ wellbeing, and build strong relationships with families.

You’ll need an active NMC pin and a commitment to compassionate leadership. This role is based in the care home setting and offers a competitive salary and employee benefits.
