Job summary
Care UK is seeking a Clinical Deputy Manager for a 48-bed learning disability, dementia and nursing home in Scotland. You will use your clinical experience to lead and mentor the care team, delivering person-centred care and striving for excellent outcomes for residents.
You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and be able to work 37.5 hours per week, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills to build honest relationships with residents and their families.
