Job summary

Leaders in Care is assisting an award-winning luxury nursing home provider in Rossendale to recruit a Clinical Lead. The role offers a competitive salary of £46,500, sociable hours and excellent training and development opportunities to enhance your clinical leadership and governance skills.

As Clinical Lead you will monitor care standards, support the Manager with policies, and liaise with residents, relatives and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance.
• Prior experience at Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead level within a care home.

Responsibilities

• Monitor standards of care delivered by qualified staff.
• Support the Manager in implementing policies and objectives.
• Monitor residents' well-being and ensure needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff.
• Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives.
• Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met.
• Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives and visitors, and health and social care professionals.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Have good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance.
• Have prior experience at Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead level within a care home.
