Qualifications

Location: Congleton Salary: £23 per hour Contract: Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our established care team. Working alongside the Home Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership, oversee care quality, and help create a positive culture where both residents and staff can thrive.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in a Senior Nurse, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager, or Clinical Lead position.
• Knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection standards.
• Understanding of safeguarding, DoLS, clinical governance, and quality frameworks.
• Experience conducting clinical audits and implementing improvements.
