Main duties of the jobSome of the main duties include:
- Provide clinical & professional leadership to the team.
- Use advanced clinical skills to support and advise on service development and the delivery of evidence-based care in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, & other agencies
- Support development of clinical competencies
- Carry out clinical supervision
- Carry out clinical audits
- Lead on investigation and learning from clinical incidents
