Job summary

Leaders in Care are seeking a Clinical Lead for an award-winning nursing home in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. The role offers a generous salary of £52,416 per annum and sociable hours designed to fit your needs.

You will lead clinical governance, support the Home Manager with policies and care plans, and act as the main point of contact for residents, families and healthcare professionals. A clear pathway for training and development is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Have a strong understanding of clinical governance and quality standards.
• Have previous experience working at Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead level within a nursing home setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care delivered by qualified nursing and care staff.
• Supporting the Home Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and clinical objectives.
• Monitoring residents health and well-being, identifying changes in their needs, and ensuring care plans are updated accordingly.
• Acting as a key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.
