Leaders in Care is recruiting a Clinical Lead to join an award-winning care home in Kirkby in Ashfield. The role offers a competitive salary of £52,416, plus a salary sacrifice scheme, supernumerary hours, a bespoke clinical induction and financial support for further training.

You will monitor care standards delivered by staff, support the Manager with policies and objectives, and act as the primary contact for residents, relatives and health and social care professionals, ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
• Have good knowledge and use of clinical care systems and governance.
• Have prior experience at Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead level within a care home.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified care staff.
• Supporting the Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and objectives.
• Monitoring the well-being of each resident, being aware of any change impacting care and care plans, and ensuring that new needs are met.
