Job summary

Foxbridge House in Orpington is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join us as Clinical Lead, delivering high-quality care and leading a dedicated nursing team in an aging care setting.

You will deputise for the management team, coordinate care planning, work with local GPs and healthcare professionals, and inspire others to deliver compassionate, person-centred care that improves residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• NMC Registered Nurse with current registration.
• Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST.
• Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans.
• Has held a clinical leadership role and can demonstrate managing others.
