Job summary

Care UK is seeking a Clinical Lead to head the nursing team and ensure delivery of personalised care plans in a supportive, collaborative environment. You will deputise for the management team and liaise with GPs and other health professionals to maintain high standards of clinical care.

The role requires an NMC registered nurse with leadership experience, strong care planning skills and a commitment to development and training within Care UK’s clinical framework.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC registration and relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with Waterlow and MUST assessment tools.
• Proven ability to write comprehensive care plans.
• Experience in a clinical leadership role and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team and deliver individual care plans.
