Job summary

Creative Testing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Assistant to support testing processes under supervision. You will handle record keeping, prepare routine specimens, and assist in maintaining inventory and shipping of supplies and samples.

Responsibilities include data entry, confidentiality of donor and patient information, and adherence to SOPs and regulations. Prior CLA experience is valued for higher levels, with progression through levels II–IV based on competency and years

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CLA Level II must possess demonstrated competency in all CLA I tasks.
• CLA Level III must have at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.
• CLA Level IV must have at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience, including CTS experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Maintains accurate records and data entry with confidentiality.
• Packs, ships samples, and maintains inventory.
• Ensures equipment and work areas are clean and safe.
• Assists in processing bio-waste, specimens, and micro-plates.
• Resolves routine problems and communicates with management as needed.
