Clinical Hub Team Lead (Clinical Hub Services)
Salary: Agenda for Change Band 7 £54,320 - £60,981 dependent on experience (includes HCA Supplement) plus Team Lead Supplementary
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Length of Tenure: Permanent
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to take up the post of the Team Lead within our Clinical Hub Services.
This post is suited to a senior nurse with significant experience caring for patients with life-limiting illnesses who possesses advanced knowledge and skills in clinical assessment, symptom management, and communication.
You will be a key member of the Clinical Hub Services and the wider multidisciplinary team working across Royal Trinity Hospices' community catchment area, supporting patients with urgent and complex specialist palliative care needs wherever they call home.
