• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection framework.
• Experience in governance, quality assurance or compliance in health and social care.

• Experience in policy management and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and assurance activities across the organisation.
• Deliver governance training and support learning.
• Conduct clinical and operational audits and reviews.
• Oversee incident reviews and investigations.
• Produce governance reporting and ensure inspection readiness.
• Lead Infection Prevention & Control initiatives.
• Develop and review policies and safeguarding duties.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to drive improvements.
