Job description

We are seeking to recruit 2 highly motivated and dedicated Clinical Fellows for a 12-month period starting October 2025 in the Andrology department. We are also open to applications from candidates who can commence earlier than October 2025.

The Consultants and Their Specialties Include:

• Mr Alnajjar – General andrology, penile & testicular cancer
• Mr Christopher – Phalloplasty, reconstruction & general andrology
• Mr Lee (Honorary Consultant) – Phalloplasty, reconstruction & general andrology
• Miss Li (Honorary Consultant) – General andrology & reconstruction
• Prof Muneer – General andrology, penile & testicular cancer
• Prof Ralph – General andrology & reconstruction
• Miss Sangster – General andrology & infertility

Role and Responsibilities:

• Gain experience with first-time and revision implants, Peyronie’s disease grafting, surgical sperm retrieval, microsurgery, and penile cancer treatments.
• Manage patients with penile and testicular cancer, including surgical procedures.
• Engage in research activities.
• Provide safe and effective patient care under supervision, including theatre lists, clinics, and clinical activities.
• Lead inpatient management and participate in on-call duties.
• Attend ward rounds, assist in surgeries, prescribe medications, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in audits, research projects, and teaching activities for staff and students.
