Job summary

Heidi is seeking a Clinical Associate to join its Customer Success team in Australia. The role focuses on embedding Heidi into day-to-day clinical practice, configuring templates, and aligning the product with varied specialties and settings.

You will travel to customer sites for rollout, training, and adoption support. The ideal candidate is an enterprising clinician with interest in healthtech, capable of translating workflows into practical Heidi usage and driving adoption across enterprise

Qualifications

• Early-career or recently practicing clinical professionals.
• Strong interest in healthtech, AI, and improving clinical workflows.
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to explain clinical concepts simply and practically.
• Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple onboarding tasks and support requests.
• Comfortable learning new tools in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of Heidi across new and existing customers.
• Contribute to rollout planning by clarifying clinician workflows.
• Deliver and support training sessions for clinicians and operational staff.
• Provide hands-on support during go-lives and early usage.
• Translate clinical workflows into best-practice guidance for Heidi.
