Job summary

Heidi is building the future of healthcare with clinicians adopting our AI Care Partner. As a Clinical Associate in Customer Success, you’ll translate clinical workflows into Heidi usage, configure templates, and tailor outputs across specialties, including travel for rollout and training.

This deeply operational role requires a clinician who can engage end users, support onboarding, and embed Heidi into daily practice across organisations.

Qualifications

• Early-career or recently practicing clinical professionals.
• Strong interest in healthtech, AI and improving clinical workflows.
• Clear, confident communicator who can explain clinical concepts simply.
• Organised and reliable, able to manage multiple onboarding tasks.
• Comfortable learning new tools in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive, curious, and motivated to ease clinicians’ working lives.
• Experience with AI tools, CRMs or customer support platforms is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new and existing customers; partner with Customer Success to rollout plans.
• Translate clinician workflows into Heidi usage and templates.
• Deliver training sessions for clinicians and operational staff.
• Provide hands-on go-live support and onboarding assistance.
• Capture feedback to improve onboarding playbooks and materials.
• Collaborate with Product, Support and Engineering to improve workflows.
