Job summary

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Educator (Band 6) on a fixed-term 12-month contract, part-time 15 hours per week, with a potential extension or secondment. The role is based at Doncaster Royal Infirmary and welcomes HCPC or NMC registrants.

Qualifications

• 3 years post registration clinical experience
• Experience of supporting and assessing learners in the workplace
• Experience of delivering education and training

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and co-ordinate training within the division
• Ensure staff and service training needs are met
• Provide advice, guidance and support on training and education issues
• Work across boundaries for the benefit of patient care and staff development
• Participate in networking events to disseminate information and lessons learned
