Clinical Educator/Dental Therapist/Hygienist

Lighthouse Dental Practice is seeking a passionate clinical educator and dental therapist to join our growing team in Ipswich, Suffolk. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to combine clinical excellence with educational leadership in a supportive, modern practice environment.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting university student placements and clinical education as well as dental therapy sessions from this October.

Main duties of the job
  • Provide high-quality dental therapy treatments including preventive care, restorative procedures, and oral health education.
  • Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform scaling and polishing, fissure sealants, and simple restorative work.
  • Administer local anaesthesia and provide pain management as required.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Collaborate with dentists and other team members to ensure integrated patient care.
