We currently have an exciting secondment opportunity for a band 4 Educational assistant to support the Learning and Development Lead within the Combined Community and Acute Care Group.
Role overview: This position offers the chance to develop skills in education, training, and development. The post holder will be responsible for providing learning opportunities for all staff grades, planning, implementing, and delivering training, including clinical skills, and managing mandatory training processes such as monitoring compliance.
