We currently have an exciting secondment opportunity for a Band 4 Educational Assistant to support the Learning and Development Lead within the Combined Community and Acute Care Group.

The role involves being responsible for providing identified learning opportunities for all staff grades, planning, implementing, and delivering training, including clinical skills. You will also oversee access to mandatory training within the care group, such as moving and handling and basic life support.
This includes managing processes that support efficient training administration, such as monitoring training compliance.

The Combined Community and Acute Care Group seeks an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assist the Learning and Development Lead as a Clinical Educator Assistant. The successful candidate will be supported to use their initiative while working with registered practitioners in clinical skills, teaching, and assessments.
You should have effective verbal, written, and IT communication skills to help provide a high-profile educational presence within the care group. As part of the Clinical Education team, you will be involved in delivering a varied educational program, including Mandatory Training, Job-Specific Training, and Clinical Skills for all staff grades within a multidisciplinary group.
Training and development are priorities in this care group, and your own development will be actively supported.
