Job summary

North Devon Hospice is seeking a Clinical Educator to promote and deliver education across the team. The post focuses on staff learning and development within a supportive palliative care setting, working flexibly between Monday and Friday.

The role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and a passion for education in healthcare. Applications close soon and a mindful, inclusive culture is promoted.

Contract

Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about making learning happen? We’re looking for a dynamic Clinical Educator to join our team and support our ambition to be the palliative care educator of choice.

You will be at the heart of our Quality and Education Team, providing comprehensive education while helping to shape and deliver impactful learning experiences for a range of professionals.

This role is 15 hours per week, worked flexibly between Monday and Friday. The distribution of these hours is open to discussion.

Salary £39,800 PA (pro rata for part-time) Actual Salary £15,900

This role is a 3-year fixed term contract
