Are you an experienced Senior/Lead Veterinary Surgeon or Clinical Director with a passion for leadership? Ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact? We would love to hear from you!

As Clinical Director, you will be an inspiring leader committed to delivering top-tier clinical and client care while fostering a best-practice culture within our team. This role involves both clinical responsibilities and managing the practice's operations. You will have the support of a dedicated team, including your Practice Manager, Nurse Managers, and an experienced team of vets, nurses, and support staff.

New Priory is a 24/7 hospital in Brighton, with a branch in Peacehaven. Our hospital offers primary care, emergency out-of-hours services for 13 practices, and a mid-tier referral service including surgery, laparoscopy, imaging, and cardiology.

A Flexible Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours across 4 or 5 days according to your preference.

Our Expert Team

Our team includes specialists and certificate holders in ECC, surgery, dentistry, cardiology, imaging, endoscopy, feline medicine, and more. Many RVNs hold certificates in ECC, anesthesia, and medicine. We support ongoing professional development, including in-house and external CPD and postgraduate qualifications.
