Are you an experienced leader in veterinary medicine? A unique opportunity has arisen for a full-time Clinical Director at Lynton Vets. You will be based at Woking with travel across the other 2 sites.

Salary up to £85,000 DOE

Welcome Bonus up to £5,000

The role will typically involve a split of 65% clinical work and 35% non-clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the veterinary team to ensure high standards of care
  • Overseeing clinical operations and supporting staff development
  • Working alongside the Practice Manager on daily practice management
  • Involvement in clinical benchmarking, financial performance, and decision-making
  • Handling a variety of first opinion caseloads including dentistry, surgeries, and consultations

Work Schedule: Full-time, 4-day week, no out-of-hours, with flexible rota options including part-time applications.
