Job summary

Freedom Recruitment Capital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join as Clinical Lead, overseeing clinical governance across Berkshire and Surrey. You will mentor staff, lead medicines management, and drive high standards of client care in a fast-paced domiciliary setting.

The role requires active NMC registration, strong hands-on leadership, and excellent communication. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travel between branches.

Qualifications

Active NMC Registration with no restrictions.
Proven clinical competence in core community nursing procedures.
Strong passion for hands-on teaching, mentoring and assessing care staff.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary clinical authority across both branches, offering expert advice to managers, team leaders, and care staff.
Oversee medicines management, including MAR audits and medication error reviews, in line with CQC and NICE standards.
Lead monthly clinical governance reviews covering incidents, safeguarding, medication management and care quality.
Maintain and implement clinical policies including IPC, skin integrity and end-of-life care.
