Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active PIN.
• Experience in training or education is a plus.
• Strong IT skills and office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coach nursing teams in clinical practice and training delivery.
• Develop bespoke training programmes and competencies.
• Liaise with Clinical Director and home managers to meet clinical requirements.
• Implement RN induction programme for new RNs.
