Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Experience in care home environments and mentoring nurses.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance and KPI reviews for nine homes monthly.
• Analyse results and implement practical strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate training and leadership for senior clinical staff.
• Travel regularly across the region to support homes.
