Go Be Care seeks a Deputy Manager (Clinical) in Glasgow to support the Manager in delivering high-quality care and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvement, and shape policy development in a thriving clinical environment.

The ideal candidate is a registered nurse with NMC pin and strong governance knowledge, plus excellent communication to coordinate with families and staff. Competitive hourly rate offered, with full-time hours across 7 days.

Formación

• Qualified RN with current NMC pin.
• Proven clinical leadership experience in a care setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in overall management of clinical services to maintain high standards of care.
• Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to nursing and care staff.
• Oversee care plans and reviews to ensure personalised resident care.
• Collaborate with external agencies and healthcare professionals to improve care quality.
• Act as a key contact for families, residents and staff and ensure effective communication.
