1Four1 Recruitment Ltd in Romford is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a lovely care home.

You will lead nursing and care teams, oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance, ensure CQC compliance, and support staff development and recruitment across the home.

Formación

• Experience as a Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and adult social care best practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• A proactive approach and the ability to lead by example.
• A commitment to developing and supporting staff.

Responsabilidades
