Job summary

Care UK is seeking an Experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to lead and mentor a dedicated care team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care that respects residents’ independence and dignity. Your clinical expertise will guide daily practice and improve outcomes.

You must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, committed to compassionate leadership, clear communication, and building strong relationships with residents and families.
