Clinical Deputy Manager
Salary: GBP39,000 + Annual Pay Reviews + Excellent Benefits
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Hours: 35 per week (8:00 am 4:00 pm)

Clinical Deputy Manager Key Duties:

Lead and support nursing and care teams

Drive a resident-first culture

Oversee training, appraisals, and performance

Deputise for the General Manager, including on-call duties

Manage safeguarding and regulatory issues
