Applications are invited for the position of Clinical Manager - General Ultrasound.The role is based primarily at the Royal Derby Hospital, as well as services at Ilkeston Community Hospital, Florence Nightingale Community Hospital, Ripley Community Hospital and St Oswald's, Long Eaton.
The role will have the successful candidate supporting our General Ultrasound services. The successful candidate will work closely with other clinical managers across our Ultrasound service and other modalities, as well as other administrative colleagues.
A successful track record of managing change and the ability to effectively engage with and develop our dedicated Imaging Team is key.
This is an opportunity to join UHDB and lead our established and dynamic team in continuing to develop our growing Community Diagnostic Services across our service and provide a high quality, patient focused Ultrasound service, which supports a wide range of clinical specialties.

We are looking for an experienced Sonographer with a proven track record of excellent leadership qualities, innovation and driving successful change and service improvement within a busy General Ultrasound Department.
You must be keen to further your skills operating within a fast-paced environment whilst supporting a service to transform and deliver.
You will be joining the team of Clinical Managers within UHDB Imaging and will be taking part in the operational leadership, working closely with our Senior Management/Clinical/administration teams ensuring that a high quality and responsive service is delivered across UHDB.
