The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Holmwood Care Centre in Kidderminster offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership position within a highly-rated 60-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to the residents, as well as leading and mentoring the clinical team.
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home, with a focus on the clinical aspects of the service. This will include monitoring and maintaining high standards of care, leading and developing the nursing team, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. You will also be expected to provide clinical support and guidance to the team, as well as to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
