Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Manager (Clinical) to lead a Crisis Services team based in Ripon, with coverage across Harrogate and Ripon communities. The role requires oversight of clinical standards, staff development, and inter-agency collaboration.

The post holder will travel between bases and ensure delivery of high-quality, safe care, adhering to evidence-based practice and crisis pathways. UKVI sponsorship may be considered for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Current professional registration with appropriate body in healthcare or social work or relevant professional clinical qualification (ie PWP/CWP in IAPT/Getting Help services)
• Educated to Master's level in leadership or a subject area relevant to the area of practice OR equivalent clinical experience at band 6+ with significant management experience and CPD
• Be trained in Clinical Supervision and Providing Clinical Supervision
• Be a Recognised Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management of the team including accountability for maintaining highest professional standards in care
• Ensure the clinical crisis pathway is adhered to; manage budget, HR procedures, and lead the team
• Contribute to wider leadership within urgent care services
