Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Manager (Clinical) for the Crisis Services in Ripon, with responsibilities across Harrogate and Ripon communities. The role includes leadership of a dedicated team and ensuring high-quality, safe care with evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Current professional registration with an appropriate body in healthcare or social work.
• Master's level qualification in leadership or a relevant area.
• Evidence of CPD and clinical supervision training.
• Experience at Band 6 level or above with significant people management.
• Knowledge of Mental Health Act, safeguarding and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management of the team and uphold professional standards.
• Ensure clinical crisis pathway adherence and service quality.
• Oversee budget, HR processes and wider urgent care leadership.
• Collaborate with external partners, staff, and patients/families.
