Job summary

Bluebird Care (Bristol, Bath & NE Somerset) is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to support the clinical side of our domiciliary care operation. You will work with the Registered Manager to guide care staff and oversee clinical standards, ensuring high-quality, compliant care.

You must be a registered nurse with a valid NMC PIN to apply. The role offers a competitive salary (£45,000 per year) and benefits, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (essential).
• Clinical/care management experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Right to work in the UK and driver with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and guidance to care staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalised care plans that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits and quality reviews to maintain care standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and CQC standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and families, providing information and addressing concerns.
• Coordinate care with doctors, physiotherapists, district nurses, and social workers.
• Take part in out of hours support on a scheduled basis.
