Job summary

Bluebird Care (Bristol, Bath & NE Somerset) is seeking a Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical operations within our domiciliary care service. The role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, to provide clinical guidance and oversee care staff to ensure high standards of care.

The position is based in the Bath/Bristol region, offering a salary of £45,000 per year, five days a week, with a clear path for leadership within the senior management structure.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current and active NMC PIN (essential).
• Proven experience in a clinical or care management role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and guidance to care staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalised care plans that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits and quality reviews to maintain care standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and CQC standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and families, providing information and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Take part in out of hours support on a scheduled basis

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to support the growing clinical side of our domiciliary care business. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of care, providing clinical guidance and oversight to our care staff.

You must be a registered nurse with an active NMC pin to apply for this role.
