Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to support the clinical side of our domiciliary care business. You will work with the Registered Manager to provide clinical guidance and oversight to care staff, ensuring high standards of care.

The role requires an active NMC PIN, proven clinical/care management experience, and strong knowledge of healthcare regulations. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and participate in out-of-hours support when scheduled.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current and active NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a clinical or care management role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with safeguarding protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and guidance to care staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalised care plans meeting client needs and regulatory standards.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to support the growing clinical side of our domiciliary care business. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of care, providing clinical guidance and oversight to our care staff.,

• Provide clinical support and guidance to care staff, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalised care plans that meet client needs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits and quality reviews to maintain care standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and CQC standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and families, providing information and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, district nurses, and social workers, to coordinate care.
• Take part in out of hours support on a scheduled basis
  Registered Nurse with a current and active NMC PIN (essential)
• Proven experience in a clinical or care management role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
• Experience with care planning software and electronic health records.
• Knowledge of safeguarding protocols and procedures.
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be a driver with access to your own vehicle, DBS checking and references will be undertaken in line with government regulations and recruitment best practices.
