Harbour Healthcare in Consett is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a 70-bed home with dementia and general nursing. You will inspire and manage a caring team to maintain the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least three years as a Home Manager, strong leadership, and proven CQC compliance. You will develop services, engage with residents, families, and the local community, and drive continuous quality improvements

Qualifications

• Qualified Home Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Home Manager.
• Experience managing a 70-bed home focused on dementia and general nursing.
• Evidence of CQC compliance rated good in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the home team to deliver high standards of care.
• Build effective relationships with residents, relatives and the local community.
• Develop and sustain operational excellence within the home.
