Job summary

North Cheshire and Mersey NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an Assistant CBU Manager (Grade 7) on a fixed-term 6-month contract, based in Warrington. You will support the CBU Manager in daily service management, capacity planning and transformation workstreams to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires working closely with the CBU leadership team, managing the CBU administrator, and contributing to governance, performance and improvement across specialties within the unit.

Qualifications

• Significant NHS management level experience in a variety of settings.
• Diploma/degree in Management or Health related subject.
• Proven ability to analyse a wide range of data and information and take appropriate decisions from it.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical activity is recorded to maximise income from payment by results.
• Support Clinical Leads and Matrons to maintain governance and assurance systems.
• Provide line management to the CBU administrator.
• Assist in the management of complaints.
