Job summary

Hertfordshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Main Area Business Manager (Band 8b) for a 16-month fixed-term contract based at The Colonnades, Hatfield. The role supports one of the Trust's Divisions with planning, annual/divisional plans and links to commissioners.

You will work closely with senior managers, finance and HR to maintain relationships with commissioners, lead contract and performance discussions and help develop business cases and tender submissions to grow

Qualifications

• Advanced professional knowledge with a degree plus masters or equivalent management qualification.
• Post graduate qualification in health or social care.
• Evidence of management training.
• Extensive experience at senior management level.

Responsibilities

• Support one of the Trust Divisions with their operational plans.
• Work with colleagues to ensure contracts are up to date and are managed effectively.
• Work with operational leads to provide commissioners with appropriate and timely information and to complete business cases for additional investment.
