Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrative professional to coordinate and undertake the full range of booking and admin processes for the Clinical Management Centre, ensuring efficient outpatient appointments for new and follow-up patients and optimal use of clinic slots.

• Coordinate and undertake the full range of admin and booking processes for the Clinical Management Centre.
• Book outpatient appointments for new and follow-up patients in line with speciality booking rules.
• Ensure maximum utilisation of available clinic slots and adherence to Trust standards.

Job description

The post holders will be responsible for co-ordinating and undertaking the full range of administration and booking processes for the Clinical Management Centre in accordance with Patient Access Policy and Trust standards., This will include the booking of all outpatient appointments for New and Follow up patients in adherence with speciality booking processes and following the relevant standard operating procedures. Ensuring maximum utilisation of available clinic slots.
