Job summary

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Quality Assurance Facilitator to support the Clinical Audit Programme and governance systems, ensuring patient care quality across the Trust. The role requires strong data skills, IT literacy, and proactive involvement in quality improvement projects.

The post involves traveling across the locality and working full-time within the Nursing and Governance Directorate.

Qualifications

• Educational background to A level or equivalent NHS experience required.
• Relevant degree and IT literacy including MS Office.
• Experience with data collection and reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Audit and Effectiveness Lead in Clinical Audit Programme.
• Plan, coordinate and undertake clinical audit projects.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to inform decisions.
• Maintain standard systems underpinning quality governance.
• Communicate findings clearly to staff at all levels.
