Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Midwife and degree-level educated.
• Audits and effectiveness knowledge or experience desirable.
• Ability to coordinate audits and guideline development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-professional clinical audits, service evaluation and effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide specialist advice and training on clinical audit and quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with national standards (NICE, CQC, HQIP) and maintain robust records.
• Monitor divisional audit activity and report to governance boards.
• Support guideline development and implementation across the division.
