Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor to conduct face-to-face, telephone or video consultations to assess impact of long-term health conditions on daily life. You will analyse medical evidence and write objective reports to determine eligibility for support.

You will work Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with regular daytime hours and hybrid options after training. The role offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a 12-week paid training program, and a 6% employer pension contribution.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to write clear reports.
• Proficiency with IT systems and data management.
• Excellent report-writing and documentation abilities.

Location: Office/Clinic-based (UK)

The Role

No hands-on care required.

Requirements

• Registration: Current NMC or HCPC registration (Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic, or GPhC Pharmacist).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification clinical experience (adult focus).
• Skills: Strong communication, IT, and report-writing skills.
• Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available).
